Terms of use for the Databanks at www.isblomma.com
Please be aware that only the german version of the terms are binding for both parties. The following english version is the non-official translation.
The following Terms of use are part of the contract with www.isblomma.com, Trademark of Touristik und Dienstleistung Stefan Vogel, Cortnitz 12, 02627 Weißenberg, in the following called "isblomma.com"
1. Aim of Business
www.isblomma.com is an information platform based at the internet to communicate
directly for privat person as well as businesses who searching information about
travel providers in specific regions. This service is for the inserting party
connected with fees (see pricelist)
2. Who can insert at isblomma.com
2.1. Businesses
isblomma.com is open for any touristic related businesses and companies worldwide. This can be travel agents, tour operator as well as hotels and car rentals etc. isblomma.com has the right to refuse an entry.
2.2. Outfit
The databank will be online as a list of all entries splitt up in continents, countries and sometimes regions. Premium Entries are listet in the beginning of each region/country.
3 Prices/Invoices
The prices are always shown at the pricelist. The invoice will be annualy. Bank transfers from couutries outside the EU please take care that the whole amount will arrive at our account, otherwise the entry will not posted. The payment is only possible via bank transfer or PayPal (www.paypal.com) . No Credit Card or cheque payment!
4. Duties of the posting business
The inserting campany has to send its data correctly, any correction will cost 10 EUR. Links has to be correct and directly to the company or to the touristic relevant topic. Every inserting company is resposible for its correct posting. It is not allowed to use the databank for spamming etc, otherwise the inserting business will be removed from the databank.
5. Generell
isblomma.com has the right to stop or give up its business. For any changes the inserting businesses will get an e-mail 2 weeks before the changes. If no reply from the inserting company comes the further use of isblomma.com will be the acception of the new regulations. isblomma.com will remind you onto this in that e-mail.
6. Guarantee
isblomma.com will offer no guarantee on availability, and display of the pages can be different from country to country. We do our best to be online with the whole content allways.
7. Secured Data
The users are informed as the german § 33 Abs. 1 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz needs to say, that the data of the posting companies are saved at isblomma.com. We will keep all information that confidential except those which are for public use. In case of breaking law or the termes of use isblomma.com can give all necessary data to officials and interested parties. When deleting a posting (i.e. at the end of the contract) isblomma.com will delet the personal files as well.
8. Place of Law
In any case isblomma.com is under german law. Any suit can only be made in Bautzen/Germany
9. Salvatorian
If single terms are not valid, the rest of the terms of use are still valid.
